The Terminal, the movie

The_terminal I don't know how this movie got pass me until now since it was released in 2004, but I loved The Terminal starring Tom Hanks, Stanley Tucci, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Hanks plays the role of Victor Navorsky who is coming to the United States from Krachovia to go to New York City to get the autograph of a jazz saxaphonist in honor of his dead father. When Victor arrives at JFK, Krachovia undergoes a revolution, and since the country no longer exists, Frank Dixon, played by Stanley Tucci, decides that his passport and visa are not valid and that he cannot leave the airport. Poor Victor then lives in the airport terminal for 9 months until the mess gets straightened out and in the mean time makes a lot of interesting friends, and falls in love.

The Terminal is a delightful comedy/drama, and Tom Hanks does a great job playing Victor Navorsky.

I highly recommend this movie.
